From wedding day-of coordination (our specialty!) to rentals, custom signage, and full planning services, we’re here to support your celebration from big picture to final detail.

While weddings are our main love language, we also bring the same creativity and care to corporate events and life milestones. We work closely with our clients to create celebrations that feel elevated, personal, and budget-friendly!

I love bringing creative visions to life, and I feel so grateful to be a part of so many meaningful celebrations. Our Story

Where We Came From

Based in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, our business grew from a desire to slow things down and focus on what actually matters. What began as a step away from office burnout turned into meaningful work centered around supporting people during some of the most important moments of their lives.

After years in the corporate world, it became clear that fulfillment came from supporting people, not chasing the next deadline. That shift naturally led to wedding and event coordination, with an emphasis on organization, clarity, and keeping expectations realistic. By our second year, we had coordinated over 50 weddings and events—each one affirming the value of thoughtful planning and calm leadership.

Who We Are Today

Today, our work is rooted in wedding coordination—managing timelines, guiding couples through decisions, and making sure the day unfolds smoothly so they can stay present. Our team has grown alongside our business, allowing us to better support couples with care, consistency, and attention to detail.

In addition to event work, our founder is a Marriage and Family Therapist, working with couples through both beginnings and challenges. That experience deeply informs how we show up on wedding days—understanding relationships, navigating emotions, and knowing what it truly takes to bring many moving parts together.

We also offer event rentals, with a growing inventory of decor to meet real needs without unnecessary cost. At the core of everything we do is a simple goal: to support couples in a way that feels steady, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful—so their day feels calm, intentional, and true to them.

Let me start by saying my wedding day would have been disastrous without Gabbi's professional help. We rented multiple items from Gabbi (highly recommend the mirror set up/large candles), she showed up early and set up ALL DAY, was more than communicative, remained calm when dealing with a handful of vendors and family and was extremely focused on sticking to our timeline (which she helped me create). Multiple guests, especially those who were there throughout the entire day, commented on what a wonderful job she did. She was like Super Women and I have a new found respect for wedding planners after watching her hustle all day! Thank you, Gabbi! I will recommend you to everyone I know.

Gabbi was literally the best thing to ever happen to me on my wedding day. She is so kind, super helpful and will do anything to make sure your day runs as smooth as possible. I seriously couldn’t recommend her enough. She took on all the questions and problems the day had, so I could enjoy and take my wedding day all in!! She actually went out of her way just to set up the church less than 20 minutes prior to me walking down the aisle because there was a wedding before mine, so she couldn’t access the church earlier. She’s Truly the best. I can’t thank her enough!

We asked Gabbi to be our day of coordinator for our wedding and she was fantastic. She was completely organized and met with us before the wedding to help us plan the scheduling of events for the day. On the day of the wedding she was absolutely amazing. She organized and set up all of our decor. She caught mistakes that we had made. And she met with all of our vendors to make sure everything went smoothly. We could not imagine how our wedding would have been without her and definitely would not have been able to enjoy the day as much as we did!

10/10 experience. Gabbi was incredibly helpful on our special day and was a big part of making it perfect. I worried about nothing, and everything was handled - what more could you ask for? As a bride who was determined to do most things on her own, knowing the venue also had a day of coordinator, I was hesitant to outsource an additional but it was the best decision I could have possibly made. I didn’t have to do anything other than be a bride which made the day so enjoyable and stress free. Gabbi was incredibly helpful and communicative leading up to the wedding. Gabbi and her team were so amazing. I hired them to help bring my wedding vision to life because I am VERY type B and do no planning. I gave them general ideas and plans and they absolutely executed everything perfectly. They set up the decor, switched it from ceremony to cocktail/reception and it all looked beyond gorgeous. They never contacted me with an issue- which is EXACTLY what I told them I needed. An easy day of 0 worry and that is what they gave. I was SO SO happy I decided to hire GBH to take the worry and stress off of me on my wedding day. They were also reasonably priced which I feel is VERY difficult to find in the wedding industry. GBH wad a HUGE part in my day being straight out of my dreams.
